The Constables of the Castel hereby notify the Electors and Ratepayers thereof that they will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30am Friday 21st April 2017 to obtain the Remede for permission to levy the following amounts by means of;-

Owner’s Rate – the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Nine Thousand and Sixty Six Pounds and ten
pence (£369,066.10) at a rate of 38.386 pence per unit of Assessable Value of the relevant Cadastre Categories

Refuse Rate – the sum of Four Hundred and Twenty One Thousand Pounds (£421,000.00) at a rate of 67.540 pence per unit of Assessable Value of the relevant Cadastre Categories

To meet the expenses in accordance with the publications made in La Gazette Officielle on 16th and 24th March 2017 and the subsequent deliberations of the said Electors and Ratepayers at a meeting held at 7pm on Wednesday 29th March 2017 (copies of which are available on request from the Constables’ office).
